PORTRAIT

“Portrait” is a processional work, integrated by the desktop image of people with whom I feel identified from different points of view. The desktop reveals, in form and content, certain features of the identity of the person who organizes it. The elements in our computers are an extension of each of us: worries, work issues, preferences, entertainments, desires, obsessions, secrets, etc. The folders, files, shortcuts, the wallpaper itself reveal the first image of our computer, an image that is, at the same time, door and surface.

The dimensions of each photograph correspond to the desktops in which it was taken, keeping the configuration of each user. Each portrait will bear by title, the name of the person, profession and the date on which it was made.
